James Hare MS, LPC, MAC, CADC-III is a therapist in Eugene Oregon and a believer in emotional support animals and all the benefits they provide to client's who are experiencing mental health challenges. In order to lower the barrier regarding access to mental health service, James set up a private practice that helps people obtain easy and simple access to be assessed for appropriateness for an ESA letter and other resources and support.
